Hello everyone, Team Punish is located in Thunder Bay Ontario Canada and is a newer strength club that is on the rise. Currently we have several different types of athltetes who train and will be posting on this blog. Myself.... DALLAS "THE PUNISHER" HOGAN (strongman/strength & conditioning coach), KYLE "BIG NASTY" RAYNER (strongman), KAITLYN "THE ANGEL OF DEATH" PAVLIK (hardcore strength athltete & future Canadian women's Power lifting Champ) and TYE "PRESSIFER" PULSIFER (Insane seated overhead pressing champion of the universe). Along with this crew we have some highschool football athletes who are starting to delve into the dark depths of the strength training world. Stay tuned and watch BIG NASTY and THE PUNISHER prepare for the 2009 OSMs on June 27, 28th in Kitchner Ontario.
